The Cards API lets you issue virtual cards, configure spending limits and 3DS behavior, fund cards via a holding account, and retrieve transaction history. All endpoints are authenticated with the X-API-KEY header. Read operations typically require access level 1; write operations require access level 2 or higher, and sensitive operations (freeze, PIN update) require access level 3.
